I am known amongst my closest friends and loved ones to have an abundance of self-confidence/self-image/self-esteem issues. To combat this, I've always pretended to have absurd amounts of confidence that didn't just border on completely ridiculous, but shot through the roof of ridiculous and kicked itself in the ass.
This song was that in the form of a song. It's an element I used to incorporate a lot, in fact.
