A song I wrote for a friend after he basically said "yeah, I don't want to hang out unless [the girl he liked] is there"

One of the songs I wrote that completely violates the later instated "Bubblegum Octopus mythos" where video games and pop culture don't exist. I don't like to get all concept and world-building heavy with this project, but I generally think of this album as being like before a dream, a shift in reality, or before being sucked into the screen. If you abide by this interpretation, it makes sense that old song still reference real things.
